そんな中でも、やっぱり「ほっ」とする瞬間は大切にしたいもの♪この前モンブランを作ったのですが、栗が少しだけ余っていたんです。なので、渋皮を取って玄米と一緒に炊き込みました★秋の定番！栗ご飯をプチマクロビ風に玄米で作ってみました。玄米もなれるととっても美味しい♪今となってはむしろ玄米派なジーンです。はまってます＾＾
The passed one week, it was so busy...or I would say I have doing kinda busy with my works...pt job, school thing, additional studies. I want to cherish some brief moment when I can say "what a relief!" I still had some chestnuts, so I cooked "chestnuts rice" with them. Humm....yum!
それに、りんごのシーズンが来ました！よく「先週末、りんご狩りに行ったよ～」とかって聞きます。お買い物に行くとグロサリーストアの一角はりんごのにおいで一杯です♪買わずにはいられませんねｗハニーにつけて紅茶を飲むときのスウィートナー代わりに使います♪甘い！
And...finally, the season for apples arrived! Friends are saying "I went to apple picking, last weekend." often. When I go to glossary stores, a corner is filled with the scent* I cannot handle and just pick some of them and go check them out:) I put them into honey, so that I can use the flavoured honey when I have tea as a sweetener. sweet!
After Apple Picking
My long two-pointed ladder's sticking through a tree
Toward heaven still.
And there's a barrel that I didn't fill

Apples I didn't pick upon some bough.
